Two very simple things that I KNOW will always help. They will always make me feel better, and they are incredibly easy to implement. They ALWAYS help with my depression. Yet they are the two hardest to force myself to find time for.
1. Mindfulness Meditation
2. Putting real pen to paper.
The benefits of having these for habits are immense… but I still have a hard time “getting around” to doing either of them…. Sigh…
Maybe tomorrow, or maybe tonight yet I’ll tackle one of them if I don’t fall asleep in the next 32 seconds.

Beautiful
See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence… We need silence to be able to touch souls.

Nothing worth doing is ever easy (by emberstock)

almost 6km. 5.95. Ran with Tim. It was good to see him. First time since I’ve been back. Guess it wasn’t all running. 5 run intervals… 6 walks i guess.
Overall average pace was 8:58 per km.
fastest: 7:44
Its good to be home. It was nice to see Tim. He obviously still cares… He was quite concerned about my battery in my car and wanted too look at it himself.
He asked me what I was doing after running, kinda seemed like he wanted to hang out more… I wasn’t ballsy enough to assume that though, and so I didn’t say much. I dunno, probably better that way. I dunno. Whatever. It was good that I came home when I did because my grandparents were here so I got to see them for awhile.
Anyway… Back to Calgary tomorrow, after I go to Ford in the morning and get my battery replaced… That is annoying as hell. Anyway… I should give this up now and quit blabbing.
